By downloading, installing, or using the Palabrick mobile application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Palabrick is a mobile application designed to help users learn Spanish vocabulary through spaced repetition and visual association techniques. The service includes:
- Vocabulary learning exercises
- Progress tracking
- Personalized learning schedules
- Account synchronization across devices
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You may need to create an account to access certain features
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

User Content
- You retain ownership of any content you create (such as custom word lists)
- By using the App, you grant us license to use your learning data to improve the service
- We do not claim ownership of your personal learning progress
Subscription and Payments
- Some features may require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are handled according to the app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play)
- Prices may change with notice
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That the learning content will be completely accurate
- Specific learning outcomes or results
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PALABRICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or learning progress
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time
- We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
Governing Law
